This dry rub for both type ribs but the the St. Louis ribs had French's yellow mustard applied first:

            cooked this way

            • Whooooooo baby!

I had most of the day off and tailgunner asked for pulled pork, but that is a 10 hour cook job.

Jest cookin for myself so no shoulder on the smoker.

I have used both of your recipes an like them both. I really like mustard so I lean toward that one but found it "crisps" quicker.

Smoked my first brisket about a month ago. Did it again to see if I just lucked out.

OMG! I have become a big, big brisket fan.

                Greg H,

She, sorry, Julia, looks very happy (and cute as can be).

I am very happy for that little one finding someone to love her the way your family did/does.

                  Mmmmmm, brisket.

We went out yesterday with my younger bro & his g/f and ended up at my favorite BBQ joint up in the mountains around here and ordered up for the first time their Hot Link Sandwich (after loving their brisket version b4).

                  Woh Nelly!

                  I'm in love.

Need to find where to buy hot links similar to theirs and smoke em myself. Their spicy bbq sauce didn't hurt either.

Can't wait for my q'ing batch.

2.5 hours to go with this round.
