romster, only today I saw your post about Cosmo, and I'm very sorry about your loss.
I have 3 cats and a dog at home, and they are like family to me, and I'm lucky that until today I never had to go trough a situtation like that and really hope that won't happen soon (the oldest one, a female cat is about 14 years old).
Was really touched by your post and again very sorry about the loss of your friend.

It took me quite a few years to get back into baseball after the MLB strike. Didn't really care too much about the return of the NHL after the most recent lockout until the playoffs that year. If there's an NFL lockout, I have no idea what its going to do to me as long as how far until I get back to it.

I had that Dutchy attitude toward the Lions in my Packfan days. Since I have been back for a few years now I follow the Lions (not close like college ball), but im local so they are on the radio and tv new ect... alll the time.
I hope they win for the long suffering fans. And it would be nice to have good NFL football team in town to watch and would be happy to see the Lions in the playoffs, (I will not jump on the bandwagon) across the board on everything in life I have mellowed with age.
