Is it cooked on the grill?

Either way, I would love the receipe if you have it.

                I also have a question:

I am going to be doing about 8 slabs of ribs (pork, not baby back, my daughter chose the baby backs) I was thinking I should increase the cooking time about an hour to hour and a half, you think that will be enough? BTW, I am smoking them in a smoker identical to yours.

                • my bad--not grilled (cake) --yeah with the increased amount of pork you are gonna want at least an hour and a half.. I will get my sister to give me the recipe -. In the water pan use the secret weapon... if you can find apple cider use it instead of apple juice...

                          • Malto--Want to try some thing off the charts? Smoked Chocolate Apples finished on the grill...use a large Red Delicious split it in half, use a melon baller and scoop out the seeds, leaving a nice pit in the middle of the apple. then place the apple face down in the smoker for 30 minutes, remove the apple, turn it over on the grill with indirect heat fill the pit with pieces of chocolate and caramel syrup.. leave it on the grill until the chocolate has melted. Plate and sprinkle with some cinnamon and sugar and a drizzle of honey......victory is yours

This sounds great. I know my daughter is going to make some kind of an apple cake. I am thinking of Apple Crisp, Apple Pie, and this receipe will be the knockout blow.

Heh, heh. I will have three for people to choose from and hers will have to stand alone. ;D

BTW, The kids just love my Apple pie but I have never baked it on the grill. I googled grilling deserts and got tips on how to use the grill as an oven.
