If you are looking to take a step up in the competition, I have family members that are really into Soccer and have Elite teams. Let me know if you want a contact #.
I long for a Lions team that is consistently competitive.
Had my first art show on Saturday, conditions were in the high 40's with a ton of wind, but I still had a blast. I sold 4 pieces and had an order for another. Great time all around, I met some really talented artists and had some great conversations with people about my work.

Actually the only thing I was showing was HDR, and the reaction to them was really positive, even from the more traditional photographers that were displaying.
On a completely different note, has anyone on here have a frind named Jim that just accepted a job with CAT and moved to Peoria from Detroit? I had a really good conversation with him and he told me his old neighbor is a HUGE Lion fan, almost an obsession. Loads the kids up for the Thanksgiving game every year, Lion gear, just an all around Lion die-hard, much like the rest of us. Was he talking about any of you?

I have sold quite a few of the train photos, took it last year. The train was actually part of a resturant called Vonachen's Old Place that closed this past year. the VOP's train has been a landmark for years here in Peoria and when they started talking about closing it and moving the trains people got all emotional, so I made sure to get a few good shots of it before it was gone for good. Seems like everyone in Peoria has a story to tell about the VOP's Train.
