Well, on call got worse considering four people (myself included) left within 2 months. But now they are cutting the offshore team out of the picture. They handled a lot of the after hours duties for the biggest client. Without them handling that anymore, there will be all nighters for whomever is on call.

Off shore handled most of the calls for only this one client, contacting us only on issues they were unable to resolve. But the users at that site HATED dealing with them. Finally, the client demanded an all U.S. team or they would cancel the contract - of course that means they have to pay more for it, though.
The other clients had the U.S. team written into their contract already.#birdsarentreal

I picked up The Princess Bride for 5 bucks at Wal-Mart and watched it with the family a couple of days ago. It was the first time the kids have seen it.
My 7 year old is walking around the house saying "My name is Inigo Montoya. You killed my father. Prepare to die."
Ha!I feel like I am watching the destruction of our democracy while my neighbors and friends cheer it on

I'm about to die and this is my Jacob's Ladder
