Was coming to this thread to remark about the wonderful weather we've been having. It's just a perfect day out there. Took the dog to the state park for one last hike and we ran across 8 deer along the trail (all does from what I saw). Two of them came within ten feet of us and stood still as we admired their beauty. What a glorious day!

Today was my last day at church. Told my pastor that as he greeted me before the service and his response was: "Oh, crap!"

For some reason, that still has me giggling.

good parent-teacher conferences for both my son and daughter at their preschools made my day on Thursday. My son especially has developed so quickly ...he's more a stubborn 4 year old than a child with a developmental disorder..
