We cruised into and then straight out of Monterey because of the high tourist traffic into downtown. We did spend a night in Santa Cruz (Hilton in Scots Valley).

The beach and water were disgustingly vile in SC. :( I'll save the graffic examples of what literally soiled the sands and water.

We got out of the water and left the beach in short order.

If you can, get out to MIRAMAR'S on the Santa Cruz pier for the best white clam chowder around.

Did and Did! Agree with ya on the best clam chowder in Santa Cruz. We tried some at a restraunt on Fisherman's Wharf in Monteray which was actually better than MIRAMAR's...if you can believe it. The restraunt was ISABELLA'S.

We just made it back about an hour ago....no problems. We got up early and went to MARINA STATE BEACH and spent about 2 hours there.

Leti & Ben thought it would be funny to bury me in sand. A local cop gave us a ticket for excavating without a permit. CAL-OSHA gave us a citation for not installing shoring in a hole that deep.

congrats Rom-- just got back from my trip, it rained everyday with high wind but we managed to catch 147 walleye in three days, ate my fill and now gotta get some much needed sleep.... good to be back

I imagine as long as you can build rapport and trust with the customers and offer them products that fit their needs you could excel in sales of any product. of course you'll have to gain product knowledge.

one pike DanO, nothing to brag about but we did get a couple 21 inch wallys, most were 16 to 18 inch--great eaters, my bro in law and I ate six for lunch and dinner.. catch em eat em go get some more and do it again.. no fishfrys for about three weeks.
