Ahhhhhh, I am set and ready for the game.
Got pastizzi in the oven for breakfast.
Smoked Salmon, Mozzerella and Tomato bruchetta, and shooters (a mild pepper about the size of a golf ball stuffed with procuito and mozzerella) for snacks for the game.
BBQ Hoisen pork tenderloin with rosemary potatoes and green beens for dinner.
Melon and grapes for dessert and snacking.
.......waiting for the liquor store to open and I will be good to go.I long for a Lions team that is consistently competitive.Comment
