If you have an Amazon Echo, you need a free trial of Amazon Music!! We will earn $3 and it's free to you!

Your personal information is completely private, I only get a list of items that were ordered/shipped via the link, no names or locations or anything. This does not cost you anything extra and it helps offset the operating costs of this forum, which include our hosting fees and the yearly registration and licensing fees.

          • The cap situation wouldn't be as dire as Jad paints it if they had a new GM. Holland's problem is twofold:

            1. He thinks these are good contracts.
            2. It is not beyond him to create new bad contracts.

Bang on Mark! I've seen quite a bit of Bertuzzi and as far as I'm concerned he should have been up last year.

                  So sorry to hear this.

                  I really liked him.

                      • In 1991, Murray got the Wings into the playoffs, beginning what would be a record-setting 25 consecutive seasons of making the playoffs. Murray also had the distinction of being Nicklas Lidstrom's first NHL coach. Murray was general manager in Detroit through 1993-94, departing a year after Scotty Bowman had been named head coach.

                              Was thinking the same thing.

Why is it we get rewarded with new stadiums but the teams take years after they open to become a magnet again?
