If he wanted to spend all his cap space every year thats fine but he locks the same garbage players until the end of days so there's no salary cap wiggle room insight. We have no f'ing cap space because he's stupid.

Well, I mean for example, not offering contracts to RFA's is a wonderful line in the sand to draw when you know that you can give any UFA 10% over what anyone else is willing to offer.

When you have a limit on what you can spend... uh, yeah, you better damn well target some RFAs and make their original team make a tough choice. At the very least, you make your opponents pay up and crimp their spending opportunities.

The entire lifetime contracts to shitty players is a loyalty thing that Detroit fans eat up, even though it harms the teams they support in the long run. It's so stupid.
