The only FA departure from Motown that ever pissed me off was when Grant Hill left for Orlando.

Now, I can understand some ire there. I mean, Hill basically lied to Dumars's face then avoided his boss for over a month. Okay, I can get some rage over that. That's pretty cold blooded.

But Suh and Babcock? They took more money in a place they wanted to go. And I got news, MM... the money difference between Miami's and Detroit's "final offer" (which supposedly came AFTER Miami's at that), was pretty effin' significant.

There was no lies. There was no deception, at least on Suh's part (in fact, it looks like the LIONS were the one trying to pull the wool over the fan base's eyes). With Babcock and the Wings, it was pretty free of bullshit on both sides. Holland invited Babcock to take the biggest deal he could, and Babcock did.

Fans need to let this one go. It's cool. That's business.

I'm supposed to take my parents to a local casino on the same day as game 7, so now I have 2 reasons I need the Ducks to finish off CHI tomorrow night. Most important is to save my date with my parents (and older bro and wife).
