I DO think Holland really needs to make a significant move at some point in the next 2-3 years. If he continues to sit on his hands (especially at the deadline), waiting it out as Datsyuk and company age, and the Wings don't win another Cup (or at least make a run at the Final), yeah, you'll start to hear the grumbling turn to a dull roar.
