Franzen didn't get a goal last night. Hossa had the game winner.

    • Oh, I'm sorry. I thought you were talking about Hossa.

      • Go DUCKS!

Still at working listening via the internet.

TIVO is running in my absence.

        Go DUCKS!

        • They did "go". Down to defeat, 2-1. And Hossa, again, with the winner.

          • Wings move to 23-3-3 in the regular season vs Ducks at home... yeah, it's a rivalry

I'm about to die and this is my Jacob's Ladder

            • Just delete the game from your Tivo Gonz. Ducks were tired.

              • Dodger - The Hossa reference is jokingly referring to Rick Privette saying Hossa was reminiscent of Howe.

                • The Ducks won't really compete against the Wings until they acquire a solid decoy.

                  • Nah, they just need a goaltender that can make all the saves required in the NHL.

Why? The Wings don't need one of those. They've got one who doesn't make all the saves required in the NHL. He's won two Cups.

                        • Before the game last night on the pregame show, Babcock was hyped up. The road trip is over and they were going to step it up. Ken Kal asked what they were going to do and the guy sounded like Knute Rockne.

                          • Sore losers and sore winners.

Wow, a bunch of you really are big dicks.

I found the game entertaining to listen to.

I was able to catch only the last 4:30 of live TV.

As usual, the two teams played an entertaining game.

And as usual, the Ducks show that their roster is short scoring power beyond their first line.

I'm hoping for a trade sometime this season to address this on-going issue.

                            Till next time............

                              • Again, you can look at your nice home record and be proud but I appreciate looking at the recent records against, now something like 7-4-1 in the Ducks favor.

The Ducks can compete against the Wings of today and that's all that really matters.
