Ya, kinda. They talked about it earlier in the week on the Ticket. Overtime during the regular season was abolished from 1942-1983. Prior to '42 overtime periods were full length and not sudden death.

Rules were different but not any harder or easier to win 20+ straight at home.

As long as McDonald is playing well, why not make sure Howard is completely 100%? There's absolutely no reason to rush him back with the way McDonald has stepped up.
