I think Montgomery looks tentative. I think the knee is bothering him more than he let on.

He’s clearly isn’t 100% that’s why I was confused why they didn’t let Gibbs get the ball earlier

I thought the 4th down play by the Commanders was a little too cute.

When they were breaking down from the overhead you could see that even if they got the pitch, the Lions had two player that were going to be in position to make a play. Of course, Daniels may have made them miss, but it wasn't going to be a jailbreak

The problem with the play is Mariota is a big red flag. That might work against a run of the mill team but the Lions D goes against trick plays all the time.

They do that and sneak with him. I haven't watched a lot of the Commanders, but I have seen them bring him in like that from the backfield have him get under center and sneak it.
