It looks to me like he's pretending to hold his nose and waving at somebody who, presumably, smells. I saw some kids doing it at the Pistons game this week, as well.

The New England interview request definitely wasn't to satisfy the Rooney rule. The Patriots have already interviewed Leftwich and Pep Hamilton to satisfy that. But it seems like they favor Vrable.

Glenn has enough cachet now that he probably isn't getting those token interviews, but who knows.
