In addition to all that’s on the line for the playoffs, the Pistons won Friday, and all of the Pistons, Wings and UM and MSU hoops won yesterday. Lions can make it a clean sweep weekend.

I have no expectations of the Lions D slowing down the Vikings. Maybe they get some good red zone D to force FGs instead of TDs or get a turnover or two. But otherwise just think Goff and the offense will have to be lights out and outscore them.

If the defense can give the offense just a little margin for error, then the Lions can win this thing. If the Vikings leave about 14 points on the field, (turnovers, punts, or settling for FGs) then I like the Lions chances.

If Campbell feels that the offense needs to score a TD every drive just to keep up, that's when the stupid aggression tends to show itself, and they take some high risk gambles that can lead to a long night.

It’s the same story from the Vikings side. They got their gift TD last time and it was almost enough for them.

Greenard really concerns me today - especially given Decker’s uneven performances lately.

I’m honestly not afraid of the Vikings. I kind of feel they aren’t as good as they think they are due that they had an easy schedule this year and most of their wins came up against bad or subpar teams, and some of those teams really could had beaten them when they showed any bit of resilience especially the Cardinals because their OL was amazing against them and their weapons really pushed the Minnesota defense to the edge, and if Murray made some good throws, the Vikings definitely would had lost that game on a game losing FG because the Vikings D couldn’t stop them and our offense is WAY better than the Cardinals.

I like our chances today because it’s going to be offense vs defense. We got too many weapons and speed demons for them to handle. One key to beating the Vikings is not turning the ball over because Minnesota has benefited from one turnover a game this year. Ball security is key tonight. Secure the football and our odds of winning goes up.

The Vikings have had a habit this season of letting all their opponents hang around and it almost bite them last week against the Packers. They only won by 2 and hadn’t truly looked like world beaters since week 5. They can be beaten. I’m not expecting the defense to do much but if this becomes a shootout, I like our chances of pulling this one out.

I'm not afraid of Minny at all either. But it's amazing that the team just keeps winning. I just don't like the match-up with the Lions. It's the one team along eith the Rams that I dread to play against. That passing game is just top tier and the Lions defense is beyond depleted.

I'm sorry, but the Lions offense will have to be near perfect to win. I don't feel confident at all. And if the Lions were healthy they are a superior team but now..🫤

It will be entertaining nonetheless. A game for the ages folks. You will remember this day for the rest of your lives.. either way..

                          I hope that you're right.

I'm as nervous about this game as I was the 3 playoff games last season.

This weekend used to represent the end of the season for Lions fans. Not anymore. Enjoy this!

They control their fate, can't ask for more than that.

Schedule difference comes down to 3 games - Lions played TB, Dallas and Buffalo. Vikings played NYG, NYJ and Atlanta. Atlanta and Dallas are probably a wash, so the Vikings got to play 2 suck ass NY teams while the lions played 2 playoff teams.
