The optimistic viewpoint is that Glasgow is much better on the right and Mahogony is good on the left, so it could work out. We haven't re-signed Awosika yet and Sorsdal looks like a career backup. Decent OGs can make it to day 3 (Mahogany), but I would feel better with a day 2 pick.

They’ve been pretty clear they want a mauler on the right next to Penei - they had it with Big V and they jumped at the chance to put Zeitler over there. That’s just not who GG is even at his best. And a lot of his issues this past year was just flat out missing blocks. He was hampered by lingering injuries, but that happens when you 30+ OL in the NFL. It just all makes me very nervous.

If they go and draft Grey Zabel, Donovan Jackson or Tate Ratledge early, that solves an issue. But I was really hoping those first 2 picks could be front 7 playmaker types.

Definitely have been eyeing Zabel for our 1st rounder. Would love it.

Me too but I'm just going to just them. They've earned that. I'm just a little nervous about the front 7 as it currently stands and that includes a fully healthy squad.

I cast this to the TV last night and me and the hubby watched it. We appreciated learning more about this staff and why they were chosen. I hope the players respond well to the changes.

Man, it is one hell of a timeline where professional players look at the Detroit Lions, and say, "I want to play for that team. I'll do and say whatever it takes to get on that roster. That's where I want to be."
