I personally all season was more afraid of the Niners than any of the other NFC teams. Shanahan can get your linebackers in a blender. Their season got sunk by injuries but this was their Superbowl.

I felt like the first half defense was a lot of missed assignments and a little too much vanilla defense. In the second half they turned up some blitzes and had some success

Hey Froot Loops, all season long I kept an eye on the 49ers and when they got eliminated, I got a big sigh of relief because this team can be scary.

It's amazing Goff isn't even in talks for MVP. Since that doomed 5 int. game everybody wrote him out.

There's a handful of qb's having epic seasons. Stats wise too. Goff is certainly one of them. Had a few mediocre to bad games early as defenses were crowding the middle of the field. The Lions and Goff has made the necessary adjustments.
