I haven’t commented in this thread until now due to not feeling interested in attaching myself to rooting for the Packers. OF COURSE they would do this and lose.

Lions are just going to have to suck it up and win a very significant week 18 game. Otherwise, it’s @ TB in the wild card… a Buccaneers opponent that gives the Lions trouble. Campbell mentioned that the Lions won’t rest starters tomorrow. While it might make sense to do so, it doesn’t sound like that’s going to happen. Now the Lions will have to win on short rest vs the Vikings. With also having the risk of additional injuries tomorrow in a completely meaningless game for both sides. 49ers are eliminated and the Lions only need to defeat the Vikings.

Packers are 0-4 vs the Lions and Vikings. Are national media sports people still going to say the Packers are NFC contenders?!
