The refs always catch the retaliation. I mean, that's something that is repeated multiple times a year in every sport for a reason. He needs to be smarter than he was today.

I agree on that, he has to be smarter, but Williams getting pushed to the ground should have been seen by the ref. If he can't spot that obvious infraction, the ref needs to be fired. No tolerance on missing that travesty.

The fact is this is a team and Williams is an individual .
        He wears me out guys
Tim Patrick is a pro and I would rather see him and his 5.1 yard 40 with the ball.
St Brown is the consummate pro and LaPorta is forgotten this year with Williams getting his targets.

Draft a speedy Xavier Worthy guy next year and drop the diva drama queen .

Sorry guys I am tired of the guy

What’s the rule when an expediated review can change a call on the field.
The bears were just about to challenge the LaPorta catch and boom - in comes the review. The challenge flag was saved.

          No consistency at all.

That's replay assist, it can come in at any time.

Replacing Jamo with a Xavier Worthy type would be a downgrade. Worthy has not been good and a big reason why the Chiefs offense is milquetoast.

Dan Campbell's a great Head Coach.

Nor is JaMo a drama queen. I think the worst any of his teammates have said about him is that he doesn't wait for them to celebrate after he scores a TD.

Jamo is fine. Some of you crotchety old fucking men want him off of your lawn.

He is welcome on mine any time.

He's an asset and a rare talent and worth any of the silly ass bullshit that he has been involved in.

I like the kid. I realize I call these players kids more now but that’s the old man in me. I actually thought it was overblown at the time. He apologized to the team. Let’s move on.

My only real beef was with some of the playcalling by Johnson in the second half and some of the throws that Goff was trying that aren’t really in his wheelhouse. It’s like they were experimenting at the wrong time.

If that was the right way, I’d hate to see the wrong way.
Bears coach Matt Eberflus said he didn't call Chicago's last timeout in the final seconds of Thursday's game because he was conserving it to set up a field-goal attempt.

The Bears defense tightened up starting half way through the second quarter. Some of the runs that were there early in the game weren't there in the second half, they started blitzing a lot more but the receivers weren't getting open.

I'm not sure it was Ben Johnson. He is giving Goff a couple plays and Goff is calling them at the LOS based on coverage. The Bears did pretty good on defense once they woke up. That Gibbs fumble was huge and a great play. Shit happens.
