I actually thought about going to this game due to growing up in the Indy area. Then someone reminded me that it’s cold up there and I was like “yeah, no.”
It was hard being the only Lions fan in an environment full of Colts fans when they had SO MUCH success. The peak Peyton Manning years coinciding with the Matt Millen era. Not fun. 2016 Lions @ Colts. I went to this game and there’s plenty of posts on the forum about my experience. I sat next to a Lions fan that looked like Benjamin Bratt and it was the most fun time. Lions winning a thriller due to clutch Stafford and Theo Riddick. Imagine that there will be significantly more Lions fans in Indy this time around…

2024 Lions @ Colts. The goal is to confuse Anthony Richardson and get him to turn the ball over a few times. Imagining the Colts will be pesky, but why bet against the Lions at this time? This team is hot. Then in 7 days, they finally break the silly Thanksgiving losing streak since 2016.

      Go Lions!
That seems like a reasonable prediction. I think MCDC will have to work to make sure the Lions don't overlook the Colts leading up to a divisional game with the Bears on Thursday. If I were a betting man, I'd probably take the Colts and the points.

I think chemiclord lived in the Indy area during that time.
I feel like I am watching the destruction of our democracy while my neighbors and friends cheer it on

They aren't taking the Colts lightly. This may be close for a bit, maybe a half, but the Lions will eventually pull away. 38-19 Lions.

Colts can make some big plays - Pierce is leading the league in YPC (just ahead of Jamo). Richardson down to down passing is a problem but he can hit some home runs. I suspect they will get the Lions for some chunk plays, but keep Richardson in the pocket and make him try to complete a lot of short throws and Lions should take care of business.

Sounds like LaPorta and Arnold will be good to go for Sunday. Team is hopeful Reeves-Maybin will be able to come back this season.

I tried posting the bluesky using the twitter tags, but I don't think it worked, so I'm just posting the url

Was my thinking as well. Make him sustain long drives and he's toast. I like our chances.

Ben J was saying the Colts play a very similar style to Houston in that their front 4 can get home without having to blitz.

I like the way you think, Iron Lion, but I don't have time to get a "real" jersey before Sunday.

I didn't even realize Rake was hurt.

That would explain why Vildor was taking garbage time snaps last week.
