Prime Blaha on the radio was something else. Haven’t listened to a Pistons game on radio in decades, but Champion was really good with the Lions so assume he’s the same with hoops.

Blaha nowadays is a hard listen though. Greats get to go out when they want to for the most part but it’s rough right now.

I haven't noticed it with Blaha for the Pistons. I will say he is not good as a football play by play announcer, but that was the case when I was in college. He's a Spartan through and through but a 5 yard gain and a 30 yard game sound the same

The irony of that is that he actually graduated from the University of Michigan if I recall.
