Love has to be 50-70% healthy with that groin. Lack of mobility hurts his style in this weather. He can be a good passer and mobile when healthy.

Willis is probably the better QB right now, yes; and definitely the better one for this particular weather as well.

That said, if the Lions put some more points on the board, the Packers are going to probably need to take some chances deep, and Love's the better guy for that.
