Go Lions! Need to keep adding onto the Ws column in this arms race of a NFC North division.
I don’t care how they win. Escape today with a win and no new major injuries = a good day. It’s the NFL. Very foolish to EXPECT a blowout in this league. This isn’t Alabama or Ohio State. The talent gap is minimal.
As mentioned in the week thread, need to pay close attention to edge and what those guys can do. It’s possible that we will leave today thinking the Lions desperately*** need to make a trade. I’m already there, but not everyone is.
This Titans team is not to be taken lightly but I believe Dan will have these Lions ready to play so it shouldn’t be a problem. Titans D will play tight and will make this a interesting game. Not expecting a blowout. Feels like one of those games today. This is National Tightends Day so maybe LaPorta goes off today.
Regardless Lions should ick out a win. 20-17 Lions

The Lions have never beaten the Titans. Crazy! Today that changes.
Didn’t realize that! Today they beat the Titans though!
They only play every 4 years and it’s weird that I vaguely remember stuff from some of their matchups… excluding 2016:
- 2004, Joey Harrington played his best game down the stretch of that season and it gave us little hope of his future. Last game of the 2004 season.
- 2008, Chris Johnson nuked the Lions.
- 2012, one of the goofiest Lions games that I can remember. Coming back from down 14 in seconds and weirdly losing in OT. Titus Young Hail Mary.
- 2016, I actually don’t remember anything from this one. 2016 was our wildest season with all of the close games. Stafford MVP opportunity until his thumb injury. Ugh. This season is a blur.
- 2020, Ryan Tannehill embarrassing the Lions defense. Total destruction.

The Lions have the #2 ranked offense vs the Titans oddly enough #1 ranked defense. Josh Allen dismantled the Titans last week. If the Lions can do that without a Jamo, it’s safe to say the Lions can absolutely pick apart anyone offensive on paper. They could move to #1 today if they light up the Titans. Offense wins championships
