If its run in KC by Mahomes to Kelce, .. and Taylor Swift is smiling above in the press box, .. the play is legal, and no flag. TD KC.

If the Lions run the very same play .. in Dallas, .. with no Taylor Swift ... its a flag.

I hope that straightens everything out.
    You got it.

Really, really, SUCKS about Hutch. Hopefully it's a clean break and he can come back this year.

------------Thanks Dan that's what I thought.
    GO LIONS "24" !!

    • Paschal was wrecking dudes today. The Cowboys are Charmin soft even if they had their guys healthy. Too small.

              • I must say that Brady was aggressively OK but the production value of that broadcast was severely lacking. Brady seemed completely clueless on why the Lions were pouring it on. It was as if the Patriots never poured it on an opponent.

It's clear from my living room chair in real time that the punch out fumble that resulting fumble recovery was borderline because of the proximity of the sideline, yet Burkhart and Brady were clueless and prattled on for 5 minutes before Dean Blandino told them that replay review was looking at the fumble.

                  • The way they were talking about it and the extended time it took, I was thinking his career was in jeopardy. But the news seems good

One of the things that I don't like in these broadcasts is that when they think it's time to air their "feature" with fancy graphics and colors between plays they air it come hell or high water with no regard to what just happened in the game.

They had to show their feature on the Lions' potent offence right after a big play by JAMO. They never showed a replay of the play

The first half isn't fair Brady was saying that after our 3rd or fourth truck play. He wasn't bothered by the score, he just didn't understand why they were throwing out so many in a game already decided when they could keep it in their pocket.

Yeah, his season is done, but every account I'm hearing is that he should be perfectly fine for 2025. It doesn't sound like there are any complications that put his career in jeopardy.

                          • Burkhardt is doing a lot to frame Brady, set him up, mention he’s the GOAT QB and all and it detracts from the broadcast. Hopefully they find their rhythm eventually. It just sucks because it was so good with Olson and they just threw that out. Nobody is tuning into games because Brady is calling them.

                            • Yeah, I love that the Lions are very good now, but as you go up the food chain you get the all the bells and whistles that come with that. I don't miss the shitty Lions but sometimes I look back fondly on the 1 pm game with Kenny Albert and Ron Pitts, not many fancy graphics or features.

Every Monday on Karsch and Anderson, Doug Karsch goes through things left "in the bucket" during the Michigan broadcast. Basically all the facts and stats he came up with in preparation that couldn't be used because of the flow of the game. I have a feeling these Fox big games and MNF games they leave nothing in the bucket.

Yeah and that's why he was clueless. The Lions have been sick of being jobbed by the refs and the league in Dallas culminating in last year's game. The Lions would have used 20 trick plays if they could to shove it in the Cowboys' and the league's faces. He had no clue about that, did he do any preparation at all about how pissed off the franchise was about the game last year? Did they show Dan Campbell's press conference after the game last year and how pissed he was? It wasn't even mentioned. Worrying about showing too many trick plays is trivial when you want to give them the middle finger.

Erin Andrews mentioned something after halftime about Dan Campbell and things they were going to do but she couldn't finish her story and I don't think they went back.

As it was the refs were still heavily favoring the Pokes, but it didn't matter.
