What are the Lions' goals with this draft? This is how I see it:

1. Get an outside CB. Preferably one ready sooner than later
2. Get WR X who can contribute immediately
3. Get depth IOL player to start in 2025, preferably one who also can play either C or OT.
4. Get DE and/or Edge for rotation. preferably future starter
5. Get Safety/Slot Depth
6. Get player with punt/kickoff return abilities
7. Get a kicker for competition or better
8. Get RB Depth
9. Get OT Depth
10. Get depth player with special teams skills

Grading how the Lions addressed these goals:

1. Get an outside CB. Preferably one ready sooner than later
Grade: A+ (Arnold, best CB in draft)

2. Get WR X who can contribute immediately

Addressing 8 of the 10 goals is exceptional. Of course, Vaki addressed 3 by himself, but it still counts. Love this draft. Those 6th round picks were awesome.
