There were a few plays in the Bucs game that are a perfect example of the difference between this team and SOL.
- Buggs getting his mitt on that pass was a 10 point swing. That pass is completed against the SOL.
- St. Brown's TD would have been short of the 1st down and a field goal for the SOL.
- Goff flat out missed on that TD to Jamo, but his miss was good enough to still be a TD. Mayfield flat out missed on two deep throws, but his misses were long and there was no chance for his guy to make a play or draw a P.I.. Mayfield = SOL.
How many years (decades?) did we hear the Lions need playmakers on both sides of the ball? This team has some, and even the guys who aren't difference-makers (Buggs) are making plays.
