nope...Froot apparently gets to tell me what I mean. And when I complain... now the forum moderator is stepping in to say he's right.

Go to hell. Enjoy your echo chamber...I think I quit.

They had one stretch in the Carolina game where they dropped 3 or 4 in a row.....When youre blowing teams out, drops arent as noticeable.....Lose a game, and those drops are more magnified.

Looking back at his Rams career his main problem seemed to be inconsistency, he seems to have figured that out. Not counting his rookie year, he won 42 regular season games and 3 playoff games in 4 years. There might be some regression when Ben Johnson leaves, but I have confidence that Holmes and MCDC will find a suitable replacement

I wish but we’re playing on borrowed time.

Maybe. But I think it might totally depend on what is open. Unlike Eric B., there is no question this is his offense.
2012 Detroit Lions Draft: 1) Cordy Glenn G , 2) Brandon Taylor S, 3) Sean Spence olb, 4) Joe Adams WR/KR, 5) Matt McCants OT, 7a) B.J. Coleman QB 7b) Kewshan Martin WR

If he’s not the top candidate on the market I’d completely surprised. He’s amazing

                      • I kind of think Campbell has a lot of ownership of the offense. The team's offense took a turn upwards when Campbell started calling plays in 2021. I think Johnson is really good, but I don't think there will be a falloff when he leaves due to the collaborative nature of the offense.

The guy Campbell leaned when he took over play calling was Ben Johnson.

That was my take as well. I’m pretty sure BJ was calling the plays that entire time but MCDC was overseeing it and shielding him from public scorn

                            • Williams dropped 6 passes on 118 targets at Alabama, about a 5% drop rate. That's mediocre if you just look a the rates in the NFL from last year. Top guys like Jefferson and St Brown are at 2.7%, but there are a lot of really good players that are were at 5-7% and even above.

NFL of course is a different game and he probably has a lot more to think about out there, not just scheme-wise but also he's not going to have as much space as he did in college. You hope with time he gets comfortable. But it is worrisome that it's not just a game time issue.

                                Arm: Whatever.
                                Mobility: Huh?
                                Pocket presence: Sure, okay.
                                Leadership: Yawn.
                                Game Management: Blah blah.
Interviews. Ability to say "That's a stupid question. I'll entertain it, but I'm here to win football games", without saying it. : A+

#16 jersey purchased. Now write the paycheck and extend him to 2040 so I don't have to buy another one.

Where are we going; and what's up with this hand basket?
