Comedian Patrice O'Neal Dies at 41
*Damn! Now they're stroking out younger than I am now. Red flags waving in the air to all of us in this age group that have not taken our health very seriously on a consistent basis. All that fast, hydrogenized and fried food we have been raised on is going to stroke many of us out way before our "expected" time.

A while back I was thinking about the relatives I had that are gone, ones that lived a long live and the one who where shorter. Seems everyone who went at an earlier age smoked and the ones who didn't smoke lived longer. Also have had a few friends passed from heart attacks in their 40s all smoked.Red flags waving in the air to all of us in this age group that have not taken our health very seriously on a consistent basis. I forgot he had diabetes. I am sure caused by diet and lifestyle.
Still...with 33% of Americans considered obese (not overweight but obese), many of us can do more to better our own health.
