Marko, I have been meaning to tell you my Dad was born in Stevenston, I know nothing about it - My Grandparents came over when he was only 3 years old.
Ah Stevenston. Through the west coast. I have been to Stevenston only once. 1984, scottish cup tie, I was playing for a team called gracemount rovers. We were humped 6-2. Great memories. Was pissing down and the field was a mud bath. Farcical really but a good day out.

Comedian Mike DeStefano, who finished fourth on the most recent season of 'Last Comic Standing,' died yesterday after suffering a heart attack, Punchline Magazine reports.
The Bronx native was an HIV-positive recovering heroin addict who frequently tackled those tough topics in his act.
A friend of DeStefano's family confirmed the news to Punchline, and TV Guide reports that DeStefano's producer addressed the death on Twitter, writing, "We'll be talking about it later. Sorry if we've ignored the e-mails and text messages. Mike became a brother to us. We love him."
DeStefano began his standup career at 31 while working as a drug counselor in Florida, according to the bio on his website. "He offered to entertain the audience at a convention, and following their positive response, he decided to start his career in standup."
'Celeb Rehab' Rocker Mike Starr Dead

Former Alice in Chains bassist Mike Starr died in Utah ... TMZ has learned.
Starr appeared on the third season of "Celebrity Rehab" back in 2009 -- and was arrested last month for felony possession of a controlled substance. Salt Lake City cops say he had 6 Xanax pills and 6 Opana (painkiller) pills when he was busted.
Starr was 44 years old.
Mike's dad tells TMZ, "It's a terrible shock and tragedy."
UPDATE:Police tell us Starr's body was found in a Salt Lake City home today. Cops say they were called to the house at 1:42PM.
If I recall correctly, they showed footage on Celebrity Rehab of him doing drugs with his Dad. Think they were doing heroin together at the time.
That is really sad, someone skipped school the day the teachers were talking about father/son bonding time.

I know it was meant as a joke but..... my brother overdosed or was rushed to the hospital for seizures due to drugs around 7 times before he finally passed away. It was still a shock. You never want to believe someone you love is in that much danger.
