My first real job in IT involved moving in new computers to replace the old mainframe computers, there was one cube that I had to do this at that was a shrine to Kirstie Alley. Pictures everywhere of her, that dude is taking it hard today.Comment

A long time ago I met with a Scientologist a couple times.
you go through this process to become “Clear”.
Basically going through changes to eliminate bad traits and such.
I asked him how long he was in the religion. He answered about a year as he puffed on his Cigarette.
I didn’t look into any farther.
They hook you up to a machine that is attached to your finger and ask you questions. Kind of like a confession to get you to open up your true feelings so you can “cleanse yourself” and journey on to the “clear” status.
L. Ron Hubbard was said to be clear.
It was very hard to get there, and a long process they told me.
Very few people made it there.
