John Hughes movies were awesome when I was a teenager and I still find myself watching if there is one on TBS. Ferris Bueller's Day Off for the win. The Vacation movies, the Brat Pack, Sixteen Candles, Dutch was underrated, etc. I know that I always have to watch Xmas Vacation every xmas.

I still miss John Candy.
Amazingly to me, the shoot....that simple little walk down the street took about 4 hours and they did it 7 or 8 times. It got too late for me, and I missed meeting him after that shoot by about 15 minutes.
Two years later I DID meet Chris Farley at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. Got to damn near have lunch with him.Why are you laughing? All I said was, "I'm a Lions fan".
