Kind of silly to think you know Hayes or Summit or Robinson well enough to know what they would have done if they had been told something horrible about a friend and colleague that they had known well for decades.

Never suggested that at all. The comment was brought up because I made the statement along the lines of "we have set the bar too low if we laud people for not getting ivestigated for cheating and they graduated their players." I then used those coaches as examples where that used to be the norm.

Thanks for the decade old statistics. I was just wondering if there was any underlying cause behind his suicide, like a terminal disease or depression, etc.
