can't believe it has been 30 years...wow. I was in 7th grade and shaken up by it, even though I barely understood his significance. 30 years later, and his music is still entirely relevant. RIP John.

I happened upon a special on CNN over the weekend that documented the weeks up to his murder. It was pretty fascinating as they had interviews with Mark David Chapman and his wife, explaining his thoughts and actions as he planned the murder.#birdsarentrealComment
