It's weird with Buggs, the times he was in there, he was respectable. Outside of McNeill, I think he had the highest PFF grade for interior defenders for the Lions

It sounded like he wanted to be labeled as a starter because of last year but the Lions wanted him to earn it. He played really great last year, I wish they could have figured it out

One of the problems was in training camp it appeared Benito Jones was out playing him.

That tells me that there’s a good chance James Houston is ready by the playoffs. Another 10 days or so to get ready.
