Quality listen. Some nice comments about my AAL. Like how they referenced how the Eagles scout was pissed when the Lions drafted McNeill in 2021.

We streamed the Inside the Den Ep. 3 to the TV last night. It was so cool to see the behind the scenes draft stuff! The combine interviews were especially interesting. Totally got us pumped up again for the season and for tomorrow's training camp.

I enjoyed that part too, but would have loved to have seen Jalen Carter's visit....They arent going to show that because he isnt a Lion now, but that would have been interesting....I also wanted to see the reaction with Witherspoon taken at 5, discussion about Gibbs or Bijan, and if jalen Carter was in play at 6 or not at all....i'm guessing they edited quite a bit out to make it look like the guys they drafted were the only ones they wanted.

Decker talking about Charles Harris was pretty awesome. The McNeil bit was cool too.

Carter is a very bad man but his practice issues were never going to make him a Detroit Lion with Holmes and Campbell here.

I’d love to see their reaction to Whitherspoon. That’s exactly who they wanted and it was off the rails after that. With that said, we didn’t get a centerpiece to the draft but those first four picks will all contribute to this team in a big way. They drafted to make a run now not later.

Maurice Jones-Drew ranked the top 10 players from the 2021 draft. 2 of them are Lions: Sewell and Sun God.

Kerby was 2022, but you could substitute that statement with Alim McNeill.

I actually feel like the Lions have been fortunate when it comes to injuries so far. We’ll see what happened to Jamo, but nothing notable for the top ~40 to 50 players coming into camp. Zylstra, Kennedy, Mims(?), Benson, Jarren Williams, and Jefferson are bubble or PS guys.

Jamo keeps doing these little things that keep worrying me and making me think he's going to be a problem. Young dumb kid like we've seen a million times with talent being flushed down the toilet. On top of that, I don't know if I trust his hands.

We went to Training Camp today! Wow, things sure have changed since the last time I attended. Thousands of people! We had to park far away and get a shuttle to the facility. No photos during the practice (Bill Belicheck ruins it for everyone). Two tiny food trucks handling things for all these people was not good. The lines to get water were far too long. They need to do better there.

Anyway, Gibbs is so freaking fast!! And has great hands. I can't wait to see him in a game!!

The only other receiver not named St. Brown who stood out today was a kid named Drummond. I have to read up on him, he looks great.

I got to meet Cory Schlesinger and James Cribbs. Oh and Roary!

Fun day, I recommend it.

Nice. Yeah there’s been positive reports about Dylan Drummond in recent days. Building momentum to possibly make the roster? Especially with the WR depth in flux after St. Brown, Reynolds, Raymond, and M Jones.

Dylan Drummond, rookie UDFA out of Eastern Michigan that had modest production in college. Excited to see him play next week!

Ive stuck up for him a few times but he’s done a few interviews recently that make me agree with you. Sadly he might be Charles Rogers 2.0

He was super nice. I told him I had his jersey and he seemed really tickled by that. He looks like he hasn't aged a bit, he could suit up and get in the game.

Ah Deb I'm jealous! 95% chance I'm moving from SoCal to Southern Texas this fall so while I will miss out on Lions@LAC I will be in position to go to Lions@DAL on Dec 30.
