I will say that Campbell does need somebody in his ear on these types of decisions. He almost certainly does have somebody. That said ... I think it's better for the team overall that he believes in them rather than being cautious. Just has to be smart while being confident.
I think they were probably cooked in Dallas if they kicked the extra point. There would've been a huge come down after thinking they'd won the game and having time to think about it being taken away from them.
