Computer is here so life is good.

Driver was apologetic so he obviously got the feedback. He told me he keeps a list of houses with requests. I told him if he ever delivered here to check my other neighbor or I'd pick it up. He was cool about it and far more customer friendly that the CSR I talked to before. He did more to help his company's rep than two other "specialists" at helping resolve issues.

The good part about that, Tony is that guys keeps their routes for years. I had the same UPS guy for 22 years until he got promoted and went to work inside. He retired 6 months after he went inside.

I'm thinking it is because it came Fed Ex and you don't get a chance to talk to these dudes unless they are knocking on your door.

Maybe the only reason he was able to have a chat with Manny was because he called to complain.

On a more practical side Tony. You could always put a sticky note on your door saying leave the package on he porch or with the neighbor at such and so address.
