The project I bought it for...half of it was me holding the camera. It came out just fine and wasn't too jerky. The other half, I used a tripod.
One thing that "standard" camcorders have that these new flash media camcorders don't is an optical zoom. So if you're looking for something that will allow you to sit in the bleachers to watch your son's baseball game and then zoom in on him, this isn't for you.
I have some rather large files (2+GB) that I want to send to my friends. Does anybody know of any file sharing sites that I can upload it to? I've looked into MSN Sky Drive, Rapidshare, Megashare... but they all have limits, Megashare's was the highest at 1024MB.
Is my best option to buy an 8GB or 16GB flash drive?

I assume you mean limits on individual file sizes cause My Live SkyDrive limit is 25GB which is plenty. But the file size limit is 50MB.
What I do is use a program like WinZip to compress the file and also break it into multiple (smaller) files.
