Speaking of phablets.......

I just moved from my Droid Bionic to an LG Intuition.

When I eyed it used, I wondered how rediculous it would seem putting this television to the side of my face, or walking around with it in my pocket.

But, I rarely use it as a phone, and it is quite comfortable in the pocket.

I know, it is huge. Don't mock me!

I only just recently jumped into the whole smartphone thing. At best, it winds up being used as a hotspot for my Galaxy Tab 4.

The Droid Bionic was my first phone and I loved it. I got it back in winter of 2012. Got the extended battery and it was a great phone. I remember back when I got it, iPhone users in my family would make fun of it because it was so big. My current phone is a Droid Maxx. I got that in Oct 2013 when Verizon still allowed early upgrades after 18 months. I had looked at the Samsung Note 3 and thought it was a little too big for me. I'd have a hard time fitting it in my smaller purses or pockets. They make pockets on junior's/girls pants really small. Heck, I have a hard time fitting this phone in my pockets, but I got a holster case. I love my Maxx. I love the big battery. I'm debating do the edge up and getting the new Droid Turbo, but it has a couple problems with it that have kept me away. Besides there's nothing wrong with my Maxx, so I just haven't been able to talk myself in to it.

I'm also debating leaving Verizon. Their plans are terrible for single line users and I don't like being left out of promos that they only do for the more everything scam plans. I do like being able to watch NFL games on my phone, but I shouldn't have to pay for it because I'm on a single line plan. Sprint has a nice deal for $60 for unlimited data, talk and text. I'm considering that. Maybe get the Nexus 6. I don't know.

It's got good service? How's the signal? Are you in the Detroit area? In the bldg that I work at it's hard to get reception, very hard.

T Mobile is not good in my area. Been very happy with ATT.

On my personal phone - have TMO and have been a strong supporter. Their LTE is the fastest out there *IF* you live in an area where it is active. That is the issue....
