In order to get accurate records you may need to know all the prior cities that he lived in. The company I use has to go to county records because in some cases that will be the only place to find them. If you decide to use a service you might want to ask them how many records could be missed by their search? I doubt these online search companies would be that thorough but I have never checked.

My company has a company it uses for our MARSEC security screens (maritime security) and homeland. I can make some inquiries and see if they do solos. But we needed to provide SSN and DL#

The thing was for us to get a clearance we had to hit the government database to be cleared. That was the one stop shop. They allegedly checked us for all 50 states
