Amazingly, my company took done the restricted access to Facebook, Youtube and twitter! The question I haven't had answered yet is if logging on to FB from work would let them access your account and see what you post off company time. No one from work is listed as a friend on mine.

At the very least they could see what pages were visited, and how much time was spent. If I wanted to see what, when, and for how long, all I had to do was ask IT Governance. It was not how I operated, but it was there if needed.
I need some help again involving php and javascript. I'll try to be clear.
I have an html page that is rendering FusionCharts. To update the chart data, I need to execute a php script from the html page (using javascript). The php script prints XML data to the console that I will parse and use to update the charts.
I need to know how to:
a) execute the script
b) read the xml data
My other option is to have the php script just create an xml file that I can then read using javascript. Problem is, the php script will execute every couple of seconds to supply realtime monitoring data.
Any help or suggestions?
