Not to mention that its just a lack of common sense on so many levels. Even if it was legit, they were selling them for $300, why would they take almost half that price? That's not reasonable at all. And then not to open it up and inspect the goods?

if your monitor supports HDMI or you feel like buying a convertor to DVI the answer is yes, and if the video card supports quad heads.

It was $80 to upgrade from 8GB. I figured it was a no brainer

And you're all set if you decide to try putting Virtual PC's on it. VMWare's Player is free and works great for anyone that want's to experiment.

Tony - only reason I can think of why plugging in the 3rd monitor wouldn't work is if the HDMI and DVI ports are paired, meaning you have to use one or the other (not both).

My friend showed me her 3D TV this weekend. She played some underwater documentary movie and WOW - it was ridiculously amazing. I was very surprised and impressed. I didn't figure 3D was all that compelling but at least with this particular movie, it was mind blowing.

What model video card because unless it has eyefinity, nvsurround, is a matrox, or a semi recent workstation opengl card, its probably unlikely that it supports more then two monitors at a time.
