TW: The Bryston was the oldest and by far the most expensive piece of the 3. But I don't mind spending money on things like amps that will last 20 years and not be obsolete.

Pretty cool LB! And to think that I had to watch the game on my laptop last night with about 100,000,000 popups congratulating me for being the 100,000,000 visitor."Great leaders are almost always great simplifiers, who can cut through argument, debate and doubt, to offer a solution everybody can understand."

This new projector is 1080P and has plenty of lumens to go much bigger, but 90 inches just looks right for the room.
I got a projector when I first came to Japan, and I loved the big screen. It just doesn't work in the apartment we're in now...but we should be building a house by the end of the year. If I plan it out right I could have a nice theater setup.2015 AAL - Ezekiel "Double Digit Sacks" Ansah.

I strongly recommend the front projector route *if* you can control the lighting in the room.

Yeah, I had a projector in a dark room and it was awesome. Then I moved somewhere where the lighting was hard to control and even just a little light totally washes out the picture. You need either a room with no windows or that you can close off and use blackout curtains on.
Also, I found that using a projector full-time as a TV can be a problem, because they aren't really meant to be on for huge amounts of time every day. My Panasonic LCD projector completely failed after about 2 years of constant use as a tv.
