You have a Hall of Fame QB and coach and playing at home your chances are always good. But fair or not this was Josh Allen’s chance and the narrative will continue to be he can’t get the Bills to the Super Bowl.
And with that I have little interest in this Super Bowl, if I tune in it will be brief.
Wouldn't matter. Once KC decides the game is important, you could play them on the moon for all it matters. They're already exceptional, and getting literally all the benefits that they can get outside of blatantly rigging the games makes them a nigh impossible out in a one-and-done situation.
I will let you wear the tin foil hat. The Bills had their chance and couldn't block the Chiefs and Kincaid couldn't catch the ball. That had nothing to do with the refs. They will beat that gimmick Philly offense
Won’t make a difference. Mahomes just owns the Bills
They won by three and they were the better team, it's how it is supposed to work. The Bills need to have a better record and a more talented team. When you get to play at home it is an advantage.
The problem is most of you fellas were talking down the Chiefs because they were scraping by and you got fooled. They have a better defense, a Hall of Fame coach, Hall of Fame TE and Hall of Fame QB.

I didn't say Kansas City wasn't the better team at all. They were. Hell, they probably should have won by double digits if it hadn't been for a rather uncharacteristic turnover. That was not the Chiefs best game they played this year, and it didn't matter. They are that fucking good.
But come on, man. You're not blind. You can very clearly see that the Chiefs enjoy a privileged position with how the game is called. You've noted it yourself that if Goff had been Mahomes, there is no way the hit he took isn't flagged immediately. He, especially, is protected in a way that a lot of players aren't, and worst of all, he knows it.
I didn't see tonight's game as rigged like you did. The Bills had a chance and their offensive line lost their shit and Dalton Kincaid dropped the ball. That is not the refs fault. The Bills could have stopped the Chiefs after that but they didn't and it's some of the same plays Reid always runs to get a first late. Again, not the refs fault
Mahomes deserved a lot of criticism for last week's flop and now he hunts like Harden for 15 yard penalties with a slide. But a lot of quarterbacks do that, it needs to be addressed because they are taking advantage of the rule. But that had nothing to do with tonight's game
Fumblerooski fumblerooski- say it guys- it’s fun!
That conmercial makes me love Andy Reid even more.
First Chiefs offensive output over 30 points the entire year.
Allen didn’t choke, Kincaid did.
I'm never going to say the NFL is rigged. If it was, the playoffs and big games would be a lot different than they are every year. The Cowboys sure as hell wouldn't have their current playoff victory drought, for example.
What I do believe is that some teams enjoy some good ol' reputation calls, and the Chiefs are one of those teams (I'd note the Lions have been getting some pretty friendly whistles the last couple of years that they would have never gotten over the last twenty). Good teams get the benefit of the doubt more often than bad ones. Home teams tend to get the friendly whistle more than road teams do (some stadiums get some real bullshit home cooking).
As long as humans are calling these games, that's not going to change... but I think a lot of fans would be disappointed by how few games it would change even with completely unbiased officiating done by completely neutral robots.
The thing to think about is Andy Reid was a punchline for a long time because he was very bad at time management. He was always screwing up timeouts in the second half. The one Superbowl he was in with Philly is legendary because of the lack of urgency shown by the Eagles in the 4th quarter. He was the one who couldn't win the big one until he did. Now the guy has been in so many big games, he is a savant at the late game play calls. He has a legendary DC that beat Tom Brady when the Pats were 18-0. That defense has two dominant pass rushers, great linebackers and a great secondary.
The Bills have good players but they are no match for the Chiefs. In fact Allen should be lauded for how well they played this year, he is the reason for their gaudy record. This ain't basketball where one player can tip the scales with a lesser team.

That's great, but it kind of has nothing to do with this game. The Chiefs were better and they left the door open by only getting a field goal. Everything after the last field goal was in the Bills control and they couldn't block or catch. They still had another chance after the stop with three timeouts and they failed. The Bills had their shot, there was no ref calls that screwed up that chance. Spags called a corner blitz that resulted in about three free rushers on Allen, he made a miraculous throw and Kincaid failed.
Also, that's why I'm saying the Bills need home field advantage.
