We need to get film on the Washington Commanders and plan on slashing both their offense and defense next week.

As Nick Saban would say, gotta avoid the rat poison this week even though the point spread might be the same as Notre Dame vs Ohio State. Any Lions fans smug or overconfidence attitude on social media would feed into Washington’s opportunity of winning.

At the end of the day, this puts the 2nd and 3rd best teams by record on the other side of the bracket, like it should be.

Yep. If we win, we will have to play one of the three. But let that be worked out between them. I like our chances in this game and if we are as good as we think we are, we'll be playing to go to the biggest game, in our home. Can't wish for anything better than that. As Dan says, "this is what we play for".
