He carried the ball 33 times for 130 against Pittsburg in 2021. That was the only time he broke 20 carries with the Lions

    • Going to find it funny if it’s clown/ incompetent Brandon Staley’s 0-2 Chargers vs 0-2 overrated Vikings in week 3. Basically guarantee one of those teams going 0-3.

      Happy for Swift.
He’s a special talent when injuries don’t affect him. Those nagging injuries were a factor too often in his 3 seasons in Detroit.

Completely agreed. I loved when the Lions drafted him and I don’t wish him any ill will (unless he’s playing the Lions).
        F#*K OHIO!!!

          • Looks like the true value of the Swift trade was a Vikings L.

I don't understand why the Queens didn't just let Philly score at the end. Maybe they did after wasting a timeout and discussing it, but because they spent the TO they were forced to onside kick later. Also, why TF did Philly kick the XP instead of go for 2 and have a 7-point lead? Baffling all around.

              • Swift is electric... when he's 100%.

If he's ever not completely healthy, then he becomes a shell of himself. There were a ton of games that even when he was active, he might as well not have been, because all of his explosiveness and shiftiness were simply not there and he became a liability on the field.

Against a team that can't stop the run.

                          Or both teams going 0-2-1

                          • Good for Swift, the trade worked out for both teams. How Swift holds up during the season will be something to see.

                            • I was never overly impressed by Swift's vision in traffic or ability to break tackles, but you give him a lane and he has that one cut explosiveness. He had some really nice runs last night. Everybody sort of knew this could be a great spot for him if he can stay healthy, the Eagles RBs get that extra bit of room thanks to Hurts ability to run.

And you can look at it to say that the Lions gave him away, but after seeing what the RB market was this offseason, it was always going to be a hard sell.
