              The one thing Stafford never had in Detroit were tremendous route runners that could get wide open by their ability to run routes. He has that now.

                  It's a banner day for Detroit. At halftime the Fords get.lustily booed for their handling of CJ's retirement.

                  They blew the end of the game and got boned again by the league.

                  And if Stafford keeps this up, this trade is going to make the Verlander trade look like a fair trade.

                            Brady was running his mouth a couple weeks ago about protecting receivers. He has gotten two receivers killed today and one of those was Gronk.

                              It's actually interesting seeing what the Rams consider "safe" defense, and what the Rams do. Even when the Rams are dropping a lot of people back, they're still bringing stunts and other blitz techniques to try and get pressure. The Lions drop eight and just send three linemen straight ahead.
