Ben Johnson will craft an offense built around whoever is his QB. That's what he did with Goff.
Bears have a ton of talent, potentially transcendent talent. I don't want Johnson to go there because I don't want that talent to be well coached. An even bigger concern is whether he takes Fraley with him. He can offer Fraley the OC and then they'll end up with a decent OL. That OL has talent but has had zero coaching. If he took Fraley and Williams, ugh.

They were talking about it on the broadcast and it was brought up that the Bears might really need a leader (kind of like how the Lions needed Campbell). We don’t know if Johnson is the type of leader to get the team to buy in. I’m worried about the reports of Carrol or possibly Vrabel going to Chicago.
